John Gregory Betancourt, Publisher


Founded in 1989 by John and Kim Betancourt, Wildside Press books have won the World Fantasy Award, and Wildside Press has been nominated for it three times.

John Gregory Betancourt is the president and publisher, and co-owns Wildside Press with his wife, Kim. He lives in Rockville, MD together with his wife and their children, Ian and David.

Paula Guran is the editor of the Juno Books imprint. She has been a regular reviewer for Publishers Weekly and Fantasy magazine, and is an administrator for the International Horror Guild Awards.

Robert Reginald, an editor for Wildside Press, manages the Borgo Press imprint, together with the Amazon.com BookSurge reprint program. He lives and works with his wife, Mary, and dog, Easy, in San Bernardino, California.

George H. Scithers, editor emeritus, is a four-time Hugo Award winner. He has edited Weird Tales, Amazing Stories, Isaac Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine, Amra, and the Owlswick Press book line. He oversees special projects for Wildside.

Stephen H. Segal, the editorial & creative director of Weird Tales, is the former editor of the alternative newsweekly InPittsburgh and the monthly Pittsburgh Magazine. He currently serves on the board of the Interstitial Arts Foundation.
